These terms govern your use of the Thunderbot website and the Thunderbot Expert Advisor software. By downloading, installing or using the software, you agree to them.
1. Agreement
This agreement is between you and Thunderbot, A, 14001 One International Center Business Park, Prabhadevi, Dadar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the software.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a time-limited licence to use a software file that runs inside the MetaTrader 5 terminal published by MetaQuotes. The software executes trading rules that you configure, using parameters that you set, on a terminal and broker account that you provide.
The licence includes a one-day setup session and a written onboarding guide at no additional cost.
3. What we are not
Thunderbot is a software product, not a financial service. We are not a broker, not an investment adviser, not a portfolio manager, and not a signal provider. We are not registered with SEBI or any other financial regulator, because we do not carry on any regulated activity.
Specifically, we do not and will not:
- Execute trades on your behalf or on your instruction
- Hold, receive, manage or have custody of your funds at any time
- Access, log into or control your broker or trading account
- Provide investment advice, recommendations, signals or tips
- Tell you which instruments to trade, when to trade, or how much to risk
- Promise, project or guarantee any trading outcome
Nothing on our website, in the software, in the onboarding guide, or in any conversation with us constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
4. Provided as-is
The software is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every broker or terminal configuration, or fit for any particular purpose.
We make no representation whatsoever about the results of using it. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not indicate future results. You may lose money, and you may lose more than you expect.
5. Licence terms
- The licence is personal to you and non-transferable
- It is valid for the period you have paid for and renews weekly unless cancelled
- It permits installation on the number of terminals stated at the time of purchase
- The licence key must not be shared, resold, sublicensed or published
- We may deactivate a licence key that we reasonably believe is being shared or abused
6. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Every rule, parameter and setting you configure in the software
- Deciding whether any strategy is suitable for you and your circumstances
- Testing on a demo account before risking real capital
- Your broker relationship, your account, and your capital
- Keeping your terminal, machine or VPS running and secure
- Monitoring the software's activity on your account
- Complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you where you live
7. Payment and renewal
The licence costs USD 30 per week. It renews weekly until you cancel. To cancel, contact us before your next renewal date; the licence then runs to the end of the paid period and deactivates. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You must not decompile, reverse engineer, modify or attempt to extract the source code or trading logic of the software. You must not redistribute it, resell it, or make it available to others. You must not use it to breach your broker's terms or any applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The software, this website, the Thunderbot name and all associated material remain our property. Your licence grants a right to use, not ownership.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, missed trade, incorrect execution, slippage, broker outage, platform failure, connectivity failure, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the software.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Termination
You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination your right to use the software ends and you must remove it from your terminals.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
